ArtLoft

ArtLoft was the first and still is the “best creative living space” in St. Louis region. Since 1996, ArtLoft has provided massive live/work spaces for the working and aspiring artist. The units were designed to be and remain perfect for artists of all disciplines. Even the smallest ArtLoft unit is large by any standard (1200 square feet), and the larger units are very large, 1800 to 2100 square feet.

All the units are wide open with walls only around the bedroom(s) and bathroom. Each unit has a janitor’s sink for clean up, extra wide doors for ease of moving items in and out, all concrete floors and ceilings that are 12 to 16 feet tall, with huge windows that are as tall as the ceiling. There just isn’t another property in all of St. Louis like it. But the best part is the creative community inside that peculates to its own beat. Like we said, there just isn’t another living community in all of St. Louis like it.
