Hampden Hall

Hampden Hall (also known as Summit) is just one of the many historic landmarks that the Barnett Architectural firm contributed to St. Louis, including the Post-Dispatch building, the Busch Mausoleum in Bellefontaine cemetery, and most famously, the Cathedral Basilica. The arched doorways and crown molding inside these apartments are a nod to their Neo-Renaissance style past, which is paired with all the modern updates that you’d expect with new construction. In 2015, all of the apartments were renovated to compete with the finest finishes this city has to offer. In fact you will not find another high-rise in the CWE with high-end finishes and central air. It simply doesn’t exist! Enjoy some time relaxing or barbecuing outside on our community terrace! Located in the heart of the Central West End, you will find yourself close to coffee shops, bakeries, fine dining and night life! Come experience city living the way it ought to be!

Request a Showing

To request a showing at one of our buildings, please fill out the form below. We will need to know your budget, move-in month, and what day & time you are able to view! It is also very helpful if you explain why you are moving, if you need to be in walking distance to a certain location, and what exactly you are hoping to find in an apartment. The more you tell me about your situation, the better I can help you!

  • Properties
Pick the property you want to view! If the leasing agent is in a good mood, they can show you three!
  • The more you information you provide, the better we will be able to find the best fit for you. Such as: What brings you to the area? Do you need to be in walking distance to a particular campus or employer? How much are you looking to spend? What is most important to you? When are you able to come view the apartment? Or maybe you are coming from out of town and need to reserve via the web?
